The process of cleansing your system is different for different individuals. It depends on an individual’s
lifestyle. Following celebrities blindly would not be helpful in this case.
For instance, if your diet consists of cooked food mostly then cleansing for you might be to have raw
fruits and vegetables. For someone else it might be giving up caffeine, sugar, flour and processed food
for a specific period of time. There are many who fast a day per week and stick to liquids only to give the
body a break from digesting solid foods.
The goals should be realistic for you and should also be in tune with your body’s capability. It is always
better if the recommendations of a diet coach or a dietician are followed to achieve the best results.
Experimentation might not be the best choice in this case.
