Spending so much time indoors can bring families close in ways which were never possible before the pandemic. The family, as a whole, needs to keep fit and healthy too. So, engaging in some sorts of group sports activity gets both the jobs done. Some such games are:
Cycling
Going out together for a bicycle ride is a great way to spend the time effectively and get the necessary exercise as well. Small children can be given the very important cycling lessons too during this time.
Tug of War
This is always a fun game and it leads to exertion in the young ones and the elders too. It helps in building up strong arm muscles.
Skip Ropes
Skipping on ropes is a great full body work out which is thoroughly fun too and when done together can become a group activity as well.
Utilizing all this together time can prove to be boon, if done the right way.
