Exams are the time which causes high levels of stress in students. There are some ways in which they can keep themselves calm under such pressure situations:
Fix a Schedule – A set goal would help out in achieving it. It’s always better to prepare a practical schedule to get the most work done.
Work on Strengths and Weaknesses – There should be a healthy balance in working out the strengths and weaknesses. There should not be focus only on the favoured subjects and the disliked ones should not be ignored completely.
Revise Well – Keeping aside time for ample revision is very important when it comes to an effective study cycle.
Exercising, proper diet and sufficient sleep are also of extreme importance during this time.
