Mental health consists of emotional and social issues. We always look closely into our physical well being but ignore the mental health and that is true for the kids as well. Acknowledging the feelings and thoughts of children is highly crucial for them becoming responsible adults.
They should not feel hesitant or afraid to approach their parents or elders about any conflict which might arise in their minds. That helps in creating a safe environment where the children flourish into mature adults.
The more they become aware of their mental health issues, the more would they learn the critical art of balancing their lives. A balanced individual succeeds in all aspects of life.
