- Bulgarian split squat- As only one side is holding the weight at one time so this exercise is quite difficult. Sets of 8-12 reps per leg should do the job for you.
- Hack squat- Although machine loaded weights are frowned upon by many but picking up the barbell placed behind your shoulders is much safer. Quads and glutes are mostlytargeted in this form of exercise.
- Walking Lunge- These are more functional and are the perfect finishing leg workout. Use dumbbells for the lunges with alternate foot on every step.
