Luckily space suits are very well insulated to keep the astronauts warm in the cold conditions. They absorb body heat and then when the body needs warmth, it will release heat. The longest time spent in space is a whole 437 days.Valery Polyakov holds the record and was up in space from January 1994 until March 1995. He orbited the Earth 7,000 times and spent his days doing experiments and scientific research.

We all know that saving water is the need of the hour and a thriving need that we must take very seriously. So here are some simple ideas that students can adopt:-   Turn off the tap while brushing your teeth. Ask your parents to only run the washing machine and dishwasher when you have a full load. Inform your parents if you find any leakage in water inlet and outlet. Try to learn more about rainwater harvesting. Share your knowledge about saving water through conservation and efficiency with your neighbors.

  Rameshbabu "Pragg" Praggnanandhaa. At an age of 16 years, he   is an  Indian   chess   grandmaster  and  chess prodigy . On 22 February 2022, at the age of 16, he became the youngest player ever to defeat current world champion  Magnus Carlsen , when he beat Carlsen in a rapid game at the Airthings Masters  Rapid Chess  Tournament.  On 20 May 2022, he again defeated Carlsen, his 2nd win in 3 months, at the Chessable Masters online rapid chess tournament.
